In July of 2012....
Brett's cousin Richard stopped by to visit us all at the cabin and we took a trip to see Mesa Falls. Always gorgeous!
We made the obligatory, but always enjoyable, trip to Yellowstone.
We watched a herd of bison pass our car. Some of them were literally inches from the car window. Those are always fun memories!
Parker decided he had find out what a waffle cone would taste like. I think he was pleased with what he found.
Kati and her kids came up to the cabin for a few days to escape the heat of a broken A/C unit at home. We are happy things worked out that way so we could have more time with them.
The kids enjoyed swinging at the cabin.
We celebrated Brett's big 3-0 birthday!
We also celebrated our nation's independence in Grandma Millar's backyard. Ahhh, how I love this backyard! It is one of my wishes to have one like it someday!
We also enjoyed a small fireworks display and went to bed early.
